We built it to solve a problem we faced ourselves.
After 12 years of running a fully remote team, we knew how difficult it was to get a clear picture of engineering work. Git showed code, Jira tracked issues, and meetings filled in the gaps. But understanding how that work connected to goals and delivery still meant piecing everything together by hand.
That's why we built TeamGlimpse.
Turn scattered team activity into a clear view of delivery.
Connect your work tools. TeamGlimpse brings activity, work items, and delivery data together, helping you understand what's happening across your team.

Questions about TeamGlimpse?
What is TeamGlimpse?
TeamGlimpse is a self-hosted engineering activity and outcomes analytics platform. It brings together data from connected work tools to help teams review activity, goals, contributions, and delivery progress in context.
How is TeamGlimpse different from Jira or GitHub dashboards?
Jira tracks work items, while GitHub and GitLab show code and review activity. TeamGlimpse uses linked Jira and Git events to show how delivery time splits across development, review wait, review, merge, and QA. It also offers separate assignments and contributions views, plus AI summaries of collected activity with a configured LLM.
Which tools does TeamGlimpse integrate with?
TeamGlimpse supports GitHub, GitLab, Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce. Each integration can be configured separately. Available analytics depend on the connected data sources.
Does TeamGlimpse install monitoring software on employee devices?
No. TeamGlimpse collects activity through APIs of connected work tools, with collection running server-side. It does not install an agent on employee devices, take screenshots, or record keystrokes. Collected data depends on the connected sources and, for Microsoft 365, configured event types.
Is TeamGlimpse self-hosted, and where is data stored?
Yes. TeamGlimpse runs on customer-managed infrastructure and stores organization data in PostgreSQL databases you control. Connected services and configured AI providers may involve external data transfers.
Which AI providers does TeamGlimpse support?
TeamGlimpse supports Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and a self-hosted LLM. AI summaries and Value Stream analyses require a configured provider. When they run, selected activity or value-stream data is sent to that provider.
Can I try TeamGlimpse without installing it?
Yes. Explore the live demo with synthetic data before installing TeamGlimpse or connecting your own work tools. You may be asked to complete a verification check before entering.
